Moringa for Love

4/20, República de Honduras

4/20 From Los Angeles, the flight arrived at Honduras at 1:30 am from El Salvador. Edras, a scholarship student, greeted the airport and picked up a car from the car rental company to the southern city of Choluteka, although the distance was only 90 miles. However, it took three hours to reach it because of road construction and traffic control. After a short break at the hotel, we visited the village where we had promoted Moringa last year. We also introduced the plan to buy seeds in the event center in the village. The villagers have collected 7 large bags of seeds, and we will bring the oil press to the next time. It can begin to produce Moringa oil. The Moringa plan has laid a solid foundation in Hongguo. Edras will graduate from the medical school in May and become an official physician. But at Hongguo, there are currently more than 8,000 doctors who are not working, so graduation is tantamount to unemployment. We encourage Edras first took an internship at a major hospital and went to the poor clinics in the community clinics for free. The Moringa Love Foundation will subsidize his living expenses until he finds a job with pay.

4/21 To visit the very poor two districts nearby, Guapinol and Cedeno, to promote home visits by Moringa and scholarship students. Many people in Guapinol build wooden houses in the wetlands of the seaside. They are not as good as the family. The man went to sea to make up for the fish and earned less than 20 dollars a month! We encourage them to use a variety of Moringa trees. In the future, they can earn income by selling seeds. Eating Moringa leaves in general will not only provide nutrition, but also keep them healthy and save money on medication. The Moringa briefing in Cedeno in the afternoon was originally expected to be 30 people. As a result, more than 300 people came, so the temporary change was held outdoors. Using the iphone as a microphone, plus Bluetooth speaker amplification, we completed a special event in the crowd. Street talks. Afterwards, we visited four students' families. Among them, two of them had excellent academic pursuits and their families were very cold. We decided to provide them with scholarships.
